With over 23 years of experience in the industry, Helena focuses on servicing and administrative management for our clients. As the Branch Operations Manager, Helena manages the daily aspect of clients’ needs, giving vital support as she provides assistance in resolving client’s issues efficiently and effectively, while taking care to simplify their lives and exceed their expectations. She also partners with Lisa through all aspects of client care and account maintenance. Helena has the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, and she is fully registered and holds her insurance licenses for life, health and variable annuities. Helena also assists Lisa in providing clients with retirement planning, insurance, annuity and long term care services. Helena is dedicated to client relations as she provides the utmost support through personal interaction and exceptional service.
Helena and her husband Mike have a beautiful daughter named Bella and seem to be creating their own personal zoo with 2 dogs, 3 cats, a turtle, lots of fish, and even a bat house out back so far. Helena and her family love animals and outdoor activities; enjoying Florida’s nature parks, beaches, and sunshine, and volunteer their time to local neighborhood community outreach organizations
